Items Not Eligible for Refund

Courses purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be refunded. The 30-day window begins on the date of purchase, not the date you first access the course materials.

Courses where you have completed more than 30 percent of the content or have substantially engaged with the materials are not eligible for refund. This policy protects the intellectual property of our instructors and content creators.
